Polish studio Gearbox Software recently revealed their plans of partnering with People Can Fly to launch their first-ever published game, Bulletstorm. Bulletstorm is Gearbox’s over-the-top, first-person shooter game which is being published as a part of Gearbox’s new third-party publishing program.
According to several reports, Gearbox’s Bulletstorm will be launched on April 7, 2017. However, according to the announcement made by founder and President of Gearbox Randy Pitchford at The Game Awards, the game is available for pre-order starting today. Interested buyers will be able to play the game as the new, exciting character Duke Nukem.
About Duke Nukem: Duke Nukem is being reprised by voice actor Jon St. John. The character represents a 90’s, shooter icon. The game is filled with dialogues and numerous other exciting features that will certainly entice strategy, action game lovers.
“Updated with hi-res textures, increased polygon counts, sterling audio, smoother framerates and runnin gin up to 4K resolution on PC and PS4 Pro, this upgraded version of the game comes with all of the previously-released DLC along with all-new content,” read the game’s description in its press release.
Players who pre-order this game will also receive the chance to play as the iconic Duke Nukem. “Everyone at our studio is excited to be delivering what we feel is the very best Bulletstorm experience to fans around the world. The team has worked tirelessly to ensure that Bulletstorm’s debut for a whole new generation will be great, and we hope that gamers everywhere are ready to step into Grayson’s boots again and show the world how creative they can get with their Skillshots,” said People Can Fly president Sebastian Wojciechowski.
However, no announcements regarding Borderlands 3 have been made as of yet. Interested buyers can purchase the Bulletstorm game on Steam, Xbox Live and PSN at a discounted price.
