With the weather constantly changing its way, the monsoon is in no mood to leave. Heavy rainfall has affected, and chances of flood like conditions are there. Telangana is facing the rage of rains, and their lives are immensely affected by the same. People are dying because if this rainfall.
With torrential rainfall crushing Telangana over past few weeks, Government is keeping an eye on this situation which might go worse if proper steps were not taken. Due to this 1,000 villagers were rescued in Karimnagar district.
The water started overflowing from the bund which is under constructed Dam in Boinapally mandal of Karimnagar known as Mid Manair and there has been a shift in earthen work which results in floods in the area.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao instructed his colleagues on Friday to stay in their districts as to keep an eye on the flood situation and to supervise relief and rehabilitation works.
Special Chief Secretary, Pradeep Chandra told PTI that, “to avoid any other trouble, which might occur because of rains, precautionary evacuation has been done. Over 1000 villagers were evacuated from the village located near the Mid Manair Dam. The situation is improving now, and the villagers will be sent back”.
Two canceled his cabinet meeting to ensure that his ministerial colleagues should look after the flood situation and systematic operation should be taken place whenever necessary.
Alert has been raised because of river Godavari full spate, and police officials have been warned with continuous rainfall in Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam Districts.

With this situation still prevailing, four columns of Army is already deployed in rain affected areas of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts. An (NDRF) National Disaster response force team is kept on standby if necessary.
