The Chinese manufacturer, Xiaomi has launched two new Mi TVs in its home country. The company unveiled 65-inch Mi TV 3S Curve and 43-inch Mi TV Flat at a price of CNY 8,999 (~Rs. 82,000) and CNY 1,799 (~RS. 18,500), respectively.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 3S flaunts a 65-inch curved 4K display by Samsung. Featuring a 5.9 mm slim metal body, the TV is powered by a Mstar 6A928 TV processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. On storage front, the company has provided 8GB of onboard memory to the device.
Though the TV has a sleek body, but it comes with a disadvantage as well. The super slim LED TV doesn’t have much space to sport internal speakers, thus, Xiaomi has provided the Mi TV bar with the device. The Mi TV bar consists of an independent six-piece sound system.
Meanwhile, the smaller model 43-inch Mi TV Flat offers full-HD i.e. 1920×1080 pixels of resolution display. It flaunts a slightly thicker 10.9 mm of body and features a Mstar 6A908 processor.
Both of the models will be running on MIUI based on Android TV and will only be available in China.
Previously, Xiaomi has launched its Mi TV 3 in the market. The TV boasts a 70-inch 4K display and was announced at Mi Pop festival with a price tag of CNY 9999 (~Rs. 101,900). Being largest screen size TV offered by a Chinese firm, it features a high color gamut, MEMC motion compensation with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Mi TV 3 is powered by an MStar 6A928 processor bundled with 1.4GHz Cortex- A17 CPU, Mali-760 MP4 GPU, and 2GB DDR3 RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.0) and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, HDMI 2.0 (3x), Micro-USB, USB 3.0, and Ethernet port, as connectivity options.
