Motorola recently it’s much-anticipated flagship smartphones Moto Z and Moto Z Play, making a comeback from what appears to be a long time. Now reports suggest that the smartphone maker has introduced two, brand new modules for the Moto Z series. Modules from the side of Motorola are often quite sought after given how useful their functionalities are. The first module called Mophie battery is an external storage battery that packs an additional, powerful 3,000mAh battery. The another one is the Incipio Car Dock module which is designed to help users to mount their Moto Z smartphones while traveling in the car.
The Moto Mophie Juice Pack consists of a much larger battery capacity than what is already present in the Moto Z smartphones. Priced at $79.99 (approximately Rs 5,500), the company says it offers users 60 percent additional battery than a phone without it. Other features of the Mophie Juice Pack is its status indicator light, which helps notify the individual regarding the charging of the pack and a USB Type-C port that can be charged independently. Now users need not worry about connecting their devices.
On the other hand, Incipio’s Car Dock mode provides the mounting facility for Moto Z smartphones on a car. Users can charge the battery and connect it to the car’s audio system via a 3.5mm audio jack. What’s more? The dock also clips into the car’s air conditioning vent. This mod is priced at $64.99 (approximately Rs 4,500).
The company says that these modules will go on sale soon. However, no exact date has been announced as of yet. Motorola also plans on launching four more modules in 2017.
