Reportedly, the Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi may launch MI 6 and MI 6 Plus in the next month. If we recall, a few days back, the full specs sheet was leaked online. Now, the MI 6 is said to have passed the mandatory certification of China (3C). As per its 3C listing, this device will come with four charging outputs: 5V, 3A/9V, 2A/12V and 1.5A. It will support the minimum power of 15W and maximum of 18W and will have fast charging feature.

The report suggests that the company has got this 3C certification on March 29th. As per these listings, this phone will support LTE connectivity as well.

Earlier, almost all the specs and features were leaked online. As per leaks, both flagships will have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and Adreno 540 GPU. MI 6 will sport 5.15 – inch full HD display with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, while its big brother MI 6 Plus will sport 5.7- inch display and will have the same resolution.

The MI6 device will come in two variants: 4GB and 6GB RAM while MI 6 Plus will sport 6GB RAM. On the internal storage front, MI6 will come with three storage option 32GB/64GB/128GB while its Plus variant will have 64GB and 128GB.

On the optics front, the MI 6 Plus will have 12 MP dual camera setup with Sony IMX362 sensor on the rear side. While on the front side, it will have 8MP selfie shooter for better video calling.

MI 6 will sport 3200mAh battery while its Plus variant will use 4500mAh Li-PO battery.

On the software front, MI 6 will run on pre-loaded Android 7.0 based on MIUI 8.

Expected prices of MI 6 and MI 6 Plus

Lastly, these leaks have given a fair idea about the pricing of these devices.  As per the leaks, MI 6 with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage will come with 1999 Yuan (approx. Rs 18,992) price tag. While 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage capacity will cost around 2299 Yuan (approx.  Rs. 21,831) and 6GB RAM with 128 GB will come with the price tag around 2699 Yuan (approx.  Rs. 25,629).

Further, leaks suggest that MI 6 Plus with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage will cost around at 2599 Yuan (Rs 24,680). While its other variants (6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage) will cost around 2999 Yuan (approx. Rs. 28,478) and 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage will cost around 3,499 Yuan (approx. Rs. 33,226).
