CHENNAI: “Chief Minister Jayalalithaa is admitted in Apollo Hospitals because of fever and dehydration”, said the doctors. As per the last bulletin, although her health is making slow progress, the doctors can’t say how much time she is going to take to recover completely. What exactly happened to her is not revealed by the doctors. Celebrities and politicians are visiting her to inquire about her health.

Recently superstar Rajinikanth with his daughter Aishwarya Dhanush visited Apollo. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu politics has become uncertain as Jayalalithaa’s health is not making a speedy recovery and a rumor of absentee Chief Minister is in the air. This is not the first time that absentee CM will be there.

Despite such rumors, the cabinet is working in a disciplined manner and AIADMK has shown full support to the leader who is still in the hospital. At this moment, there is no threat to her position.  Being the most powerful and influential leader in Tamil Nadu, people in large number are visiting the hospital to check on her health.

Although Rajinikanth was not allowed to enter CM’s ward, he asked doctors about her health and prayed for her quick recovery. Some people are staying on footpaths and wishing for her recovery. Rajinikanth spent twenty-five minutes in the premises but couldn’t meet Jayalalitha.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also visited to inquire about Jayalalitha’s health. Radhakrishnan said, “Narendra Modi is keen to know about the health condition of the Chief Minster with regular updates.”

Rahul Gandhi (Congress Vice President), Arun Jaitley and Amit Shah (Bhartiya Janta Party Leaders) visited the hospital to check on her health.

Radhakrishnan said  “Congress and other parties are making it a political issue just to divert the attention of people from their failure.” He also noted that when in power, DMK has done nothing in this regard.
