The Citizenship Amendment Bill has caused a lot of disturbances across the country, and Jamia Millia Islamia University is the center of these protests. As a result, IGNOU decides to remove the center from its list for the December exam this year.

IGNOU confirmed the recent development through a notification on its official website. Those who suppose to attain the examination at the university will get a new center, confirmed IGNOU.

The Notification in Details

The notification released by the Indira Gandhi National Open University reveals that the Jamia Millia Islamia University center, center number 0765, will no longer host the Term End Examination.

The Jamia Millia Islamia University center also issued a notice and confirmed the rescheduling of the examination. The university notice also revealed that all the pending examination in the university would move to Guru Nanak Gardib Niwaj Education School, having the center number 07191. The school located nearby the Gurudwara Nanaksar Complex, the notification revealed.

If you had your examination in the Jamia Millia Islamia University, then you need to report on the new exam center. To reach the updated exam center, you required to reach G.K. Metro Station, and you can find a taxi to reach your center. The JMI will conduct no previously scheduled examination after the 17th of December 2019. Those who are appearing the TEE exams need to note down the new exam center and report accordingly.

Admit Card

IGNOU released the admit card for the upcoming TEE exam last week. The admit cards are available on the official site of the organization. People can download their admit cards following these steps.

  • To Download IGNOU Admit Card go to the official site of IGNOU.
  • There is a link called Hall Ticket for December 2019, find out and click for the further process.
  • Enter your roll number in the required field and add the program that you are eligible for.
  • Once you submit all these details, you can download your admit card from the website.
