In what could be described as bitter irony the Aam Aadmi Party is being cornered for the issues which brought it to the forefront of Indian Politics-Corruption and Morality. A nine-minute video featuring one of its ministers in an objectionable state with two women has the party cowering for cover and left it red faced. By the time the party went into a fire fighting mode and expelled the erring minister, the damage has been done.
Most media news channels had already splashed the story and had major opposition parties grabbing greedily another chance to take potshots at their formidable foe. No wonder the AAP had demolished both the major parties, BJP and Congress in the Delhi assembly polls and it was sweet and bitter revenge for both the major parties that for once were on the same plank.
The video features Sandeep Kumar who was the Minister of SC/ST Welfare and Women and Child Welfare in the Delhi government. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal immediately sacked the minister and informed it on Twitter. The opposition parties are asking Mr. Kejriwal to take moral responsibility and resign.

Sandeep Kumar is a law graduate and is associated with Aam Aadmi Party for the last four years. Sandeep Kumar made news when he said that he leaves for work after touching the feet of his wife and held women in very high respect. The fourth estate has been trying to get his version of the story, but his office staff informed that Sandeep is not home and is in his village to see his ailing mother.
Meanwhile, the person who gave the CD to the media said that he had given the CD to Mr.Kejriwaal 15 days back, but the Delhi CM did not take any action against the erring minister. It is only after 15 days that the person handed over the CD to the press. However, AAP party spokesman Manish Sisodia said that the CD was given to the party only last night, and Mr. Kejriwaal had sacked the minister within 30 minutes.
