The popular singer-songwriter, Angel Olsen, has announced that she is gay. The “All Mirrors” singer Angel Olsen announced being gay on Instagram by posting a series of pictures, which included one pic of her with her partner, captioned “My beau, Im gay”. As soon as the news was announced, Olsen’s fan flooded the Twitter in support of her. One of Olsen’s fan wrote “So proud of my queen Angel Olsen on coming out.”
In the past, Angel Olsen has addressed her sexuality multiple times with different perspectives each time. Olsen had once stated in one of the interviews, “It was like… what if I’m gay… no, I’m not gay… maybe I just hate men… or I need to get married soon and have kids… or I don’t know if marriage is in the cards and if I have a kid maybe I’ll just have it by myself?”
She also revealed Adele Thibodeaux as her partner, who is a writer, known for her work in HBO’s “High Maintenance”. Before the official announcement, the two could also be seen together in photographs posted on the Valentine’s Day, where Olsen is kissing Adele’s forehead.
However, later in 2019, Olsen announced being straight “until further notice”. Angel finally came out as gay on 16th April. She addressed how many of her fans wished and expected Olsen to be gay or bisexual based on some of her songs. But, Olsen identified as straight at the time saying “for now”, which left the door open.

It contains her albums “All Mirrors” and “Whole New Mess, “Far Memory” and a few bonus tracks. The box set also includes a 40-page book of Olsen’s unseen photos, diary entries and memories that she made while creating her albums. Only 3000 copies were made available.
